About Us
PNG Ready Mixed Concrete Limited (‘Ready Mixed’) has been supplying a wide range of concrete products since 1963, with operations in Port Moresby and Lae.
Ready Mixed employs over 200 staff and operates as supplier of ready mixed concrete, aggregates and plant hire.
In POM, we have two batch plants located in Hohola and Kou Kou, which is strategically located in close proximity to the Motukea wharf and ExxonMobil LNG plant.
Both POM and Lae branch have access to their own quarries, crushers, mobile plants and heavy earthmoving equipment. As our quarries source aggregates from river beds, which naturally and perennially replenish, the environmental footprint that we leave is minimal, ensuring our concretes are ‘green’. Most of our competitors obtain their aggregates from hills and mountains, scarring the environment. Alkaline based aggregates can be sourced for special orders.
The concrete that we produce is tested both internally and externally, in certified laboratories (eg., Cardno) and confirm to international stand-ards. Test certificates are provided to customers.
